Have your TV and watch it too! Sometimes there’s just nothing better than staying in bed all day and watching TV (no judgement!) and now you can do it without sacrificing beautiful design. Enter a remote-controlled drop down screen and small, portable projector and now your bedroom can double as a movie theater. For this DIY hack we built a simple box around the motorized projector screen (yes, it has a remote!) after mounting it on the wall and painted it the same color as the walls to blend in, so that when the screen is up it looks like an inconspicuous soffit. The projector is set up on the opposite wall above the bed and is small enough that it blends in with the decor. Finish it all off with some clever cord management to prove you really can have it all - form, function, and home theater from bed!
